When can a traffic package be credited back?

Both usage conditions apply. For a small package, the percentage can be reached before the one-GB limit; for a larger package, the one-GB limit can be reached first. A market check with images or repeated attempts can consume more than the text saved locally.

How do I request a credit for an African project?
Contact [email protected] with the order reference, product, purchase or delivery time, usage shown for that plan and a short description of the problem. Include the country and session setting if location is relevant. Keep timestamps explicit: write the time zone or UTC offset rather than only a local clock time.
For a fault, provide a redacted client error and whether an authorised control endpoint also failed. Do not keep spending traffic while trying the same failing job repeatedly. Do not send the account number used to sign in, passwords, API keys or wallet secrets in the report.
What if a crypto top-up is missing?
A missing top-up should be reconciled as a payment enquiry, not treated as a used plan return. Provide the coin, exact network, transaction ID, amount and time. Check the payment page's confirmation state and compare the network used with the network requested.

Respect the target's rules and pause a refused task. Send the relevant status code, country setting and time so that support can distinguish authentication, supply and target-side behaviour. What if a paid port is not delivered?
The dedicated-port policy provides a full balance credit when the service cannot deliver the port within 24 hours. That policy does not promise inventory in an African country. Confirm the product and location required for your own business project before placing the order.
Is a blocked marketplace automatically a refund case?
A refusal by one target is not, on its own, proof that the purchased proxy service is faulty. Keep a redacted error and an authorised control check, then ask support to diagnose it. Do not change exits to continue collection contrary to the target's rules.
What information should an agency retain?
