Usage counts all data sent and received through the proxy (upload and download, headers included). 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted.

What counts towards a traffic plan?
Usage counts all data sent and received through the proxy (upload and download, headers included). 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted. Compare one lightweight diagnostic request with a real browser session before estimating monthly traffic. A browser can also download scripts, images and video; request count alone does not predict GB consumption.
What happens to unused traffic and balance?
Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires, but it is not paid back, except where the law requires it. A traffic pack and a top-up are different: the first buys GB, while the second funds an account. The refund policy gives the eligibility windows and the form of credit.
Frequently asked questions
Is the minimum top-up the price of the smallest pack?
No. The 1 GB pack costs $1.23, while the account funding minimum is $25. Buying a small plan uses only part of that funded balance. The unspent portion remains under the published balance policy; it is not automatically returned because a project uses less traffic than expected.
Does a larger pack prove more countries are available?
No. A larger pack changes the prepaid traffic allowance and price per GB, not the availability of a location. Country coverage is operator-confirmed, while an online city exit is a separate stock condition. Validate the required geography and your authorized target before estimating a larger project or selecting a city-dependent schedule.
Does sticky mode guarantee the same IP?
No. A sticky session can last up to 30 minutes, but a residential device may disconnect sooner. Application state should not depend solely on the exit address. Record an interrupted test as such and repeat its defined conditions when the required exit is available, instead of reporting the interruption as a target defect.
What payment networks are accepted?
Use a coin and network offered by the current payment screen, including USDT TRC-20. The token symbol alone is insufficient because USDT also has an ERC-20 route. When can I ask for credit?
The refund policy gives traffic-plan and dedicated-port eligibility separately. Eligible product refunds are account credit. Top-ups are not paid back except where law requires it. Preserve the order reference and a bounded description of the fault for support; a public transaction ID is a payment reference, not your account login.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial is offered. A paid 1 GB test costs $1.23 and is purchased from a funded balance. Confirm the requested country, check the observed exit geography and use an authorized target before increasing the traffic budget. A successful diagnostic does not establish a permanent city stock level or a performance guarantee.
