How do you choose the right local viewpoint?

Begin with the business question and the country in which the observation matters. A Nigerian naira offer and a Ghanaian cedi offer cannot be compared from their headline figures alone. Product variant, seller, tax display, availability and delivery area all influence the result. The country guides describe those local differences and identify the sources behind them.

For your own application, keep the requested IP country separate from browser language, saved address and account locale. An English-language page reached through Senegal can still be using an old delivery address or cookie. Change one input at a time, record the expected result and verify the actual exit before drawing conclusions. City targeting is subject to availability rather than a guarantee of a particular retailer experience.

How should you read the regional lists?

The lists above name all 49 countries and territories in our residential coverage. A country remains covered even if it does not yet have a detailed guide. Guides explain local research conditions; their number is not the extent of our service. Réunion is a French overseas department and is counted as a territory.

We group coverage using Western, Eastern, Middle and Southern Africa subregions. Zambia and Zimbabwe appear under Eastern Africa in this directory. City-level capacity and named ISP availability depend on online IPs. Dedicated mobile ports use a separate stock check at checkout and do not inherit residential coverage.

Choosing a country

Can a country guide guarantee an exit in its named city?

No. A guide can identify the city and document a local business context, while the available pool can change. Select the city where supported, verify the exit returned to the actual connection and preserve that result. If a city is essential to the brief, confirm availability before funding the project.

Which mobile operator networks do your proxies use?

Our proxies use IP addresses from the main mobile operators in each covered country. City and specific network availability varies. The coverage index lists mobile operators by country and links official network sources. If your test depends on a specific network, inspect the returned operator and ASN and retain the timestamp; a country selection does not reserve every network at all times.

Does the exit country determine whether I can pay in crypto?

No. Exit geography and buyer eligibility are separate questions. A company researching a Tanzanian or Ghanaian page still needs to evaluate the rules applying to its own payment and activity. Read the country-rules report and the underlying document rather than treating residential coverage as a payment authorisation.
