Who may purchase and use the service?
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract and authorised to act for any business whose work you perform. Buying a plan or using the gateway constitutes acceptance of these terms and the linked policies. Do not buy where service, payment or use is prohibited for you.
We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation. The service is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. An African exit country does not determine all laws applicable to a customer or replace a review of its own business obligations.
What does a plan purchase provide?

Country resources describe markets and setup choices, rather than a commitment to every named city, operator or address.

How do accounts and crypto payments work?

Unused traffic is lost if you delete your account or if it is closed for a breach of these terms. If we stop selling a product, we give at least 30 days' notice to use the remaining traffic or move its value to another product. What use restrictions and service limits apply?
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587 Do not defeat a target's restrictions, collect private data without authority, manufacture advertising engagement or use the service for unlawful activity. Reselling or sharing dedicated port access with third parties is prohibited.
The service is provided as available. Partner supply, maintenance and target-side changes can affect a project. Plan any Nigerian, Kenyan, Ghanaian or South African business test so that an interrupted observation does not cause an unauthorised transaction or a misleading market conclusion.
What happens if the terms are breached or a claim arises?
We may restrict, suspend or close access for a breach, fraud, a legal obligation or a need to protect networks and third parties. An account closed for abuse loses its remaining traffic and balance, subject to rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded and total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
